In March of 2020, when the pandemic turned everything upside-down, I messaged a handful of close friends and asked them if they wanted to join me for weekly sessions to sweat and connect. I figured a little connection and movement might help underpin us in the chaos.
It has be really amazing. We sweat for about 25 - 30 minutes and then we talk, laugh, philosophize, commiserate, read poetry, share notes for another 20 - 30 (sometimes much longer) before we head back to work and life.
My vision is to bring more Fit Support magic in the world. I truly believe everyone needs a support group to guide us through the highs and lows. That is what fit support aims to achieve, a safe place to bolster physical and mental health.
