I had the pleasure of collaborating with Jill De Jong and a group of international models/health enthusiasts on a cookbook that is coming out early 2019. Each contributor shares recipes along side their philosophy around health and wellness. I loved working on this project because I got to do it with my mom! She was in the kitchen with me ever step of the way helping me bring my vision to life. The recipes I share in the book are true to my favorite way to cook - simple, healthy and tasty. This project inspired my mom and I to start working on a family cookbook, but that a whole other story! We are all very excited for the launch of this delicious work of love. This book is a collaborative work of love that I created with my girls Laticia, Codie and D’ana. It has four sections - recipes, DIY, words of inspiration and fitness. Of course the fitness section is quintessential Chisel Club. In this book you will get ten workout circuits that you can use anywhere from the gym to your living room to outside in your favorite park. Every workout is easy to progress or regress by adding more weight or changing your repetitions. This book has great information for all ages, between all four sections there is something for everyone. I also think it would make a nice gift for a young teen or pre-teen who could use some healthy inspiration in their lives.
