Who needs a Boost?

Whether you are busy working, parenting, traveling, gardening, studying … many people find it hard to stay consistent with their fitness with all of life’s competing priorities. If you find yourself in this camp, remote training is a great option. It will remove the excuse of not having time to go to the gym.

If you find yourself feeling unmotivated, uninspired and unsure about what you should be doing to get to your fitness goals, remote training is a great option for you too. It is an accessible, affordable way for individuals to improve their fitness through personalized coaching.

If you are someone who thrives with accountability, this program is absolutely perfect for you.

The Chisel Club Jump Start is a four week remote training program. It is designed to give you a boost in consistency, follow through and enjoyment in your fitness life.



(Closed) Group Magic.

Having a closed group adds intimacy and facilitated us staying in sync. Each closed group is approximately 6 - 8 people. The group is your support group, your team for the duration of the Fitness Boost. The magic happens when everyone gets involved and lifts each other up along the way. This means you don’t just have me checking in on you, but you have all of your peers. By holding other people up, it helps you stick to your own goals as well.

I’ll discuss individual goals with each of you and help set a collective focus for the whole group. I will then take all of that information and create a month long program aimed at helping the whole crew progress their fitness.

At the beginning of each week I will send the weekly workout, via a private link. We will use email or FB to check in with each other throughout the week. And I will communicate with you guys individually as well to make sure you are getting what you need to succeed.

Always Dynamic.

One of the things that is special about this program is that is is dynamic. It shifts and evolves with the needs of the group. As we move through it together, I take into account your feedback, weakness and strengths, as I progress the program each week. I will send you supplemental videos, pictures or articles to support the work we are doing and answer questions you have. In addition, I encourage everyone to do a Skype session with me for a form check at some point during our month together.

The program is called a “Jump Start” because my goal is to get you excited, equipped and off and running towards your long term goals. So! Grab a friend or 6! And let’s get it.

I had the priviledge to be a part of one of Lauren’s Chisel Club groups for 4 weeks. It was incredibly helpful & challenging -yet encouraging! A friend told me about her and I knew I needed something like this specifically designed for my body issues!
